A sunroom porch can be a terrific way to add a sunroom to your Phoenix, Arizona area house without having to make a huge space for it. If you're limited by the size of the house and the amount of space you can spare for a sunroom isn't great, then consider a sunroom that can be built into your porch. A sunporch can give you the warmth, light and all the ventilation of a full sunroom addition, but can also occupy just enough space to add to your quality of living, without taking up extra space at all.
A sunroom can involve changes to the roof and ceiling, and the heating and plumbing systems of the house. With a sunporch, you have all the conveniences of a sunroom at a fraction of the cost. You don't have to break down walls to create extra space, you simply take available space and convert it into a deck for your home.
To lean how to maximize the space of your patio or deck to be used for a sunporch, look for design ideas in magazines or journals and consult friends who have sun porches. Look through ideas online, and you're sure to find design plans that will appeal to you.
Two small porches to be turned into sunrooms (it'a row two family house; one porch on the first floor and one on the second).

I want a SUNROOM addition built onto my home which takes full advantage of a Southern exposure in the Eastside of my single floor home. I believe 10'x20' , or 15'x25 would work best for my needs.
